In our 3D reality, just about everything runs on time. There's clocks everywhere, deadlines for things, plans at specific times, calendars and planners showing what day it is, etc. It can be hard not to focus on time since society revolves around it.
Oftentimes, manifestation coaches and content creators say things like, "you can manifest [this thing] instantly!" or "challenge: manifest [this thing] in [this many days]" Then, half the comments will say they manifested the moment the coach said that or after they used a certain technique, their manifestation came to be. Meanwhile, the other half will be people simply affirming that they'll get their manifestation or saying that they can't manifest what they desire instantaneously or in a certain time span, if at all.
I myself have mixed feelings when I see content like that. Why? Because while, yes, it is possible to instantaneously manifest or manifest in a specific amount of time, that won't necessarily be the case for everyone in every situation, especially for those who have a hard time shifting into the wish fulfilled state. Also, stating you can get what you want in a specific amount of time can put unnecessary pressure on you when you're trying to change your state of mind.
I understand that manifestation coaches and content creators want to encourage you and help you understand that manifesting is simpler than you feel. BUT, again, this can unintentionally put pressure on you. When you feel that urge to have something as quickly as possible, you try using a technique, and then you don't see it in your 3D reality at the time you desire, you might feel frustrated and end up wavering. This topic of time can also come across in a gimmicky way depending on how the title is worded or how the creator delivers their discussion on the topic.
Speaking from my own experience, there are times I've gotten things instantaneously or in the amount of time I was expecting. However, there have also been times where I put too much pressure on myself and nothing came from it except for anxious feelings. So, that begs the question: how has there been times when it came quick or when I expected? I have an answer to that.
Whenever I drop my focus on the time, my manifestations show up in my 3D reality. All I have to do is keep the mentality of knowing it'll happen, even it's not delivered exactly when or how I expect it to be delivered. It's paradoxical: don't focus on the time - you can get it when you were originally expecting to, focus on the time - it won't come to you when you're expecting it to.
I know that sounds crazy, but this has always been the case based on my own experiences with manifesting. Taking deep breaths and tucking my phone away to keep myself from seeing the time tends to be a big help. When I pull out my phone again after what felt like a long period of time, the time I see shocks me. It hardly changed, as if it slowed down to the pace of a snail. Even reminding myself of the many different ways my manifestation could happen helps reassure me that what I want may be right around the corner.
So, this is me telling you: do not focus on timing.
Coming from someone who's a massive overthinker, I worry about my "bigger scale" manifestations not showing up in the amount of time that I want, then I don't see it. So, I'll say this repetitively as a reminder to both myself and you: manifesting is simply telling yourself that you have what you want. Circumstances, timing, and how it happens do not matter at all when it comes to manifesting. What may seem "bigger" and "harder" to manifest can come as easily as something you see as much "smaller."
It can be hard to rewire your brain to not focus on time since, like I previously said, society revolves around it. We tend to crave that validation and seek instant gratification. But, when we stop ourselves from fixating on the time and immediately searching for movement in the 3D realm, it's like time stops or slows down. And, then, BOOM, our manifestation shows up right when we expected it to.
I hope this breaks it down into simpler terms. I feel like it isn't talked about enough that simply drawing your focus away from the time is what can cause our manifestation to happen right when we want it to. In my myth debunking post, I mentioned timing of the 3D catching up to your 4D and being patient as it unfolds. This full explanation is what I mean by "being patient." Don't view it as patiently "waiting", view it as you having the patience to stop time because you know you already have what you want.
