May 1, 2015- 3 years ago, was when I quit using drugs. 3 years sobriety. No opiates, no amphetamines, no nothing. Just a clean life. It's unbelievable how much I've changed in just 3 years; physically and mentally. These pics are when I was at my worst. Some of the pics, I was VERY high in. The others, I was withdrawing bad. I'm so happy I changed my life around. They say 1 day at a time, well I've done 1,095 at a time (now 1,097) and I will continue to do so. 💜 #sober #sobriety #recovery #3yearsclean #drugfree #happy

My #Timehop makes me cringe. I openly talked about my drug addiction on Twitter and no one saw it. Smh. I look back at these and I'm just ashamed at myself. Thank God I'm clean now. No more of that stupid shit. #sobriety #cringeworthy #ashamed almost #3yearsclean
