Well half the family called me wishing me happy Valentine’s Day, which I know they were doing so to see if there was any signs of labor.

The seaweed plan to try to induce me was taken off the table suddenly because other drs aren’t confident it’ll work, leaving my only options a natural labor without pitocin, or a c section. So that’s traumatic to hear since my midwife had to do the whole scripted spiel about stillbirth risks when I go overdue.

I hope at least I can give birth during regular office hours so I can have a care team that cares about me and my outcome instead of how it went last time.

There’s a mountain of clean laundry to fold we’ve been putting off for..honestly a few months now. But I have a steroid for my eczema now so I hope that helps me because I’m often just smacking my belly and chest to try to get the itch to go away.
