I had been doing this to stop getting NCDs, especially diabetes. So sad to hear last night that one of my older brother is in the hospital due to diabetic low sugar attack and poison blood due to open wounds on his toes. He didn't know that he has #diabetes. They had to cut off all his toes to stop the infection spreading up. In addition he had a #stroke and it's getting worse.
