アメリカ人が太りまくってるし寿命も短いから、それと正反対の食事の日本食は健康にいいのではないかという気がしてくるんだけど、アメリカに次ぐデブ国のオーストラリアやイギリスは日本と寿命がほぼ変わらないので、つまりアメリカ人が死ぬのは保険がないせいで、日本食はたいして体に良くないんだな
