Who else remembers how on the last day of 2014 we thought tumblr was “under attack” by 4chaners

Tips on surviving the 4chan attack
Dont get on Tumblr.
I don't think that many of you guys remember(or even heard of) the 4chan attack that happened around Christmas time. Since I wasent on Tumblr around that time, I'm not sure if it had happened on Tumblr, but I most definitely know that it happened on Instagram. In case you don't know, a group of people from 4chan had gotten together and were targeting people with depression, anxiety, self-harm, and people in certain fandoms. During this Attack, Rebornica portrayed the 4chan attackers as "dumb 6 year olds with no life." As a target, I can tell you that that was very far from the truth. These attackers knew how to get to people. Their main goal was to convince people to literally KILL THEMSELVES. They knew how to get the job done. They were much, much worse than your normal anon hate. These people knew their target's weaknesses. They knew how to bring someone down. And they did as much. For about a week during the attack I would constantly get DMs telling me about how horrible of a person I was, how worthless I was, etc. etc. Others had gotten much worse. This Attack has been buried instead of remembered. We lost a total of 27 people to this attack, and many more have been scarred. I lost a very good friend to this attack. Do not bury this, guys. Remember, and honor our fallen.
