Ambitious 4 PPS! ⠀⠀⠀⠀ The goal was 6 reps minimum. BUT... Pussied out at 4 reps to be honest... why? I have no bloody idea, but still pretty happy to now have the goal of getting in that 6-8 rep range. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ After this was a back off set of 2.5 PPS for 12-15 reps. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Incredible leg session, legit crazy mindset, head was in it for sure, all of life was brushed off and all that I was focussed on was how I’m gonna look next year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ See, the “motivation” passes very very quickly, in fact I actually think “motivation” is and incredibly WEAK reason to do something. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you want it you’ll do what it takes and stay disciplined. It doesn’t have to be complicated, in fact it takes nothing more than to stay true to your word and put in the work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Create small targets within the big goals such as me hitting 6 reps next week.
