I'm really sad bc I was making friends at my job but everybody in the restaurant industry drinks/does drugs after work so now that I'm sobering up I can't have these friends and idk... It's just really hard.

I'm on day 4 of being sober. It feels a little easier today. This time feels real, this time I may do it. I'm gonna call around for therapists on Tuesday when I have off from work, and I may try to make an AA meeting (idk tho I'm still wicked nervous abt that)

I was sober all day today and tbh it wasn't as hard as i expected. I actually laughed a lot today. Idk how tomorrow will be but at least I made it through today.
