I’ve been drinking I’ve been drinking
5 SOMEWHERE | Purple Rain
With the release of the first new Prince album in ages, we thought it was the perfect time to pay a little tribute to one of our all-time favorite Prince moments: Purple Rain. With cocktails, of course.
Whip up a few of these drinks that would look right at home at Paisley Park, pop in some throwback Prince with the Revolution, including Sheila E, Vanity, Appolonia and all the rest. Then party like it's... ... Well, you get the rest.
5 SOMEWHERE | The Manchurian
Mixologist Clare Wadsworth created this refreshing and potent tequila cocktail at Williamsburg, Brooklyn's Baby’s All Right as a part of Opening Ceremony's exclusive #ThirstyThursday drinks recipe series. And it's perfect. Cheers!

To say the last few weeks had been both some of the worse and best of Annie's life was no understatement. From the none stop experiments to her inability to transform into her titan no matter how hard she tried or those around her tried to trigger it she was both emotionally and physically. While it was no longer actual torture it sure felt that way when she was repeatedly zapped and cut trying to elicit a response from her. Her healing seemed to have slowed as a result of the time she spent in her crystal and while deep down she knew she was still a shifter trying to make it happen was only making it progressively worse.
There was little to be grateful for if only that she was still breathing and while she wasn't dumb enough to think that was a small feat it didn't make things all that better, no... the one thing that did was the crazy scientist new assistant which was none other than an old acquaintance. Back before she had been crystalized Armin was one of the only people she had actually cared about and while things had been tense at first the two had found an easy balance eventually. He was the only person she opened up to, the only one she came close to trusting even if she wouldn't admit to it.
The worse of it was the cell, the small enclosed space in which she lived and while Armin had promised to take her out... well she knew better. It was late and she was lying in bed when her door suddenly creaked. "Hello?" she calls out a hesitantly.
