ok so first i was seriously considering transferring to rolla. i went to the campus and walked around, but i didnt have enough scholarship money so i didn’t make a full decision.
and then i was at hearnes, and i carpooled with my mom and sister to a swimming event. i mostly watched, and i was texting katelyn bell. then my mom and i went back to hearnes with katelyn’s red pickup truck, and i texted her asking if she still needed it. apparently this text didnt go through, so i started sending random crap. then i saw that my sister had gotten a new car. it was subcompact and had a metallic finish. i checked my phone, and apparently all my texts had sent themselves at random times. it turned out that i had sent a bunch of smutty male bdsm pictures, as well as a lot of snark. this pissed katelyn off, as evidenced in her replies, and i felt horrible. my secret was out now. i texted her back, trying to play it cool, but she was intentionally vague. as we left hearnes, i saw that the hospital parking lot had become a wave pool, and even though it was 11:32PM, the sunset was in full swing, there was a thunderstorm brewing, and people were playing in the pool.
