50 days of productivity?
Normally, studyblrs tend to do 100 days of productivity but my exams are apparently only 60-ish days away. I don't think I'd want to do something necessarily academic during my semester break, so I'll post about that separately.
Today is the 2nd of April, despite Malaysia not having the 4 seasons (countries on the equator normally do not experience snow or autumn), I think around this time there are many species of trees and flowers that bloom. There is a tree right across my apartment, in the distance you can see yellow flowers blooming, every April.
During my A-levels, when I actually had the chance to experience the campus and normal classes, there were many blooming trees and bushes around the area. April must be a season of blooming, which is why I regard this month and the month of May as the Malaysian spring.
(spring is my favourite season, which is why I'm observant about these things hehe)
So, today I had attended an online lecture after missing so many. Those were calculated choices, so it doesn't bother me at all. It was a criminal law class, the lecturer tends to go through material quickly so today we managed to finish Duress and Fraud.
After class, I got my hair dyed at the salon. For the first time in my life my hair isn't brown or black, now it's a deep purple. I like it very much and plan to maintain this colour for a few years.
Once I got back home, I spent some time listening to a debate workshop (former high school debater, wannabe varsity debater) and I drank coffee. I normally don't take caffeine in the afternoon, but today is an exception because the restaurant gave me coffee instead of the Milo that I ordered. Yes, I didn't have the guts to ask them for my actual order, it isn't a crime to be anxious.
I'm also menstruating today, sadly lol. So I'm going to spend the night relaxing and trying not to die in this heat wave. Anyways, I would love to make some notes on the material studied today but that may have to wait until tomorrow.
Today was rather productive, and I'm proud of being able to stay productive. This entry wraps up day 1/50 of my productivity streak.
