I’ve lost over 50lbs now 😱 so crazy, so happy 😄 not done yet, still lots to work on, but damn 50lbs! When I started I couldn’t even image getting to this point! So if you are just staring your journey, or in the middle of it, keep going! Good things take time 😇

Summer ‘16 is when I decided to become healthy. I stopped drinking soda and started drinking water and going to the gym and watched what I ate. I took pictures throughout the process and plan to continue to record my journey. Wasn’t going to share them at first but I feel that seeing others helped me feel like it was doable/manageable so maybe this will help someone else 💪🏽

Earlier this year I took a chance on a Facebook ad I saw for a new company (Torch Rx, now Found Health), one that offered a new approach to weight loss: using prescription drugs tailored to your physiology by a physician, and working with a health and nutrition coach who could guide you through the process. I was all but desperate at that point, I was so unhappy with the size that I was. And let me tell you, it was the best decision I have ever made! I had a goal of losing 50 lbs by Christmas - a goal I was afraid to tell anyone in case I failed - and I reached that goal this morning!
