Decided to go outside this morning for meditation to one of my favorite spots. After the meditation I saw some ducks on the bank of the lake eating and having a grand time! So, I pulled out the sketchbook and scribbled away, and even included a little note/poem about them. It was a great morning! . The note/poem reads: . Ducks are peaceful, Grace filled birds Who will allow themselves to Be admired, up until their Voracious appetites demand that they grub out. .
