Know when to test your limits, but when when to stop. I wasn't too happy about my last two reps, as I lost focus on my form and couldn't push through my fourth rep (first two reps not recorded). Nonetheless, I hit my PR of 183 lbs. today and that itself is an accomplishment! Some days you conquer 'em and some days it conquers you, but just remember how far you've gotten and the progress you've made! Don't sweat the small stuff and find the positive in everything.
