Breakfast- cinnamon raisin bagel & green grapes ✔️
Lunch- salad with chicken and strawberries, Granny Smith apple

Dinner- quinoa pasta and turkey meatballs with tomato sauce
I know the bagel isn’t exactly the healthiest thing but calorie and carb wise it works out & tomorrow hopefully my bananas are ripe enough for my shakeology!!

I don't know how to use Tumblr anymore lol.... Anyways....after almost a year of saying I'd get on my bike I finally did! I saw A LOTof ducks, like over a hundred, that were just hanging out in some nearby, fake, rich people lakes. Really cool. I requested time off from work to plan my "re-start" so I've been looking at meal plans and exercises and pretty much overcomplicating things and feeling pretty overwhelmed...It's been a while, so I guess I was wrong to think I'd just jump back in where I left off. So I guess I'll just take a more relaxed attitude and ease into it. No trash food, exercise, and sleep should be enough of a challenge. Maybe in a couple months I can mess with macros, interval training, etc. I having friends over and I somehow promised home made ravioli so I'm already behind. Hope you guys have a great weekend. I'll drive by the ducks tomorrow to take pics for the urban dwellers that don't often see these guys. Glad to be back 😋

Breakfast- shakeology banana nice cream
Pilates fix (possibly before breakfast)
Lunch- turkey & arugula sandwich, Granny Smith apple, and a cheese stick
Snack- celery (if I have some) and peanut butter OR no snack at all
Dinner- grilled chicken, quinoa, and beets
