5yo sis: Dad! You didn't start the fire yet!
Dad: I did, but it already burned out. I'm going to get a new log now.
Me: *singing* We didn't start the fire! It was always burning, since the world's been turning! We didn't start the fire!
5yo sis: Yet. But I can fix that with a few papes!
Me: *leaves room for a few minutes only to return and find her crouched at the fireplace with newspaper and a log bigger than her, sticking the newspaper in and blowing it.*
5yo sis: Daddy went to get matches. But I don't need them. I already started the fire. *continues blowing until the newspaper ignites. Proceeds to grin like a madwoman as she positions it under the log and continues blowing to make it bigger till I reach her and pull her away.*
