This session has been unusual. Sessions like these create all the enthusiasm for more sessions. There are a lot of exercises tonight that weren’t done with a full attention. That’s because my attention got caught at a slightly deep part of the intuitive mind. A depth that I haven’t experienced before. A new depth can create much enthusiasm to persevere in one’s path. There was definitely one suspended breath. This particular breath was suspended for long. There were other such moments but they weren’t suspended for as long as this one.
