My Little Pony: Friendship is Weird

Just wanted to chime in on this little discussion.

If it does come up (as in, your parents ask you what your orientation is, or they ask if you are asexual) and you're not comfortable with telling them, I wouldn't recommend lying to them and saying "no". I would recommend telling them you don't want to talk about your sexual interests with them, or that you're not ready to talk about it, or that you don't think it's any of their business. Whatever is true in the situation.

Like others have said, you are not obligated to tell anyone, including your parents. Even if they ask.
