Background story

Remember when I said no more mansions on 64x64 lots? Well, it turns out a 6 bed 6 bath also fits on a 40x30 lot. And you'll have room for a pet training area, large garden, library and second living room left.

On the ground floor are a large hallway, living room and kitchen with bar (which, I guess, could be seen as a second kitchen). You'll also find a study (with library) and a playroom for your pets on the ground floor.
