POSTPARTUM BELLIES 💞
6 weeks postpartum I was really tiny anyway so my baby bump was nothing 🙁 I have 2 stretch marks and that’s it … my belly kinda just fell flat when Theo was born. I didn’t diet or exercise (and I still don’t) Honestly I put on more weight after pregnancy than during because I ate like a horse breastfeeding makes you soooooo hungry and I ate garbage! Ladies don’t fuss about trying to diet soon after birth because you feel like genuine 💩 And it’s just not good for our little ones Hey it took 9 months to grow our miracles it will take 9 months to get our bodies back… I mean I’m still waiting on mine 💁🏻♀️ I really should start getting back into healthy eating and exercise but the motivation is just no where to be seen 🧐 😂 You definitely lose weight running after your little ones though I mean babs is 6 months and changing him is like wrestling with a sumo 😂 Make the most of your 9 months maternity leave though it flys by …
