Seven mile Saturday run

This morning I went for my now regular, Saturday morning 5 miles run. I went a little later than usual, it was almost noon, but it was a little cloudy, windy and it even rained a little.  I began my run at one end of the path, rather than in the middle like I usually do and ran for over three miles in one direction.
