u know what we never talk about (make rape hcs about)... the fact that the nurse who gave sam electro shocks in 7.17 was Really a demon, not just a hallucination. likely that the doctor who suggested it was also one/the same one changing vessels. and the actual demons guarding the hospital (who didnt know cas was alive so it wasnt bc of cas either. and dean already visited so it wasnt for him either). like who knows what they did to sam in there or how many of sams hallucinations during that time werent actually hallucinations
