Season 3, Episode 6: “710N” (2022) Director: Bill Hader Cinematographer: Carl Herse
"That's the idea with Barry — there's this inherent violence in people and inherent violence and culture and action. And it's like, okay, can you do one of these sequences but at the same time hold true to the essence of the show? A lot of the action scenes in Barry, I always feel it's nice when they're just brutal and stupid. That somehow merges in my mind — the brutality of it and the stupidity of it."
'Barry' director and star Bill Hader on how the HBO comedy pulled off that intense biker gang pursuit in '710N.'
I would have loved if Fuches died in this episode. Not because I hate him or anything but how awesome would it be if they just offed a main character like that? No closure. Just a simple gunshot to the chest. It’s anticlimactic but it’s real. People would have talked about that for years to come but oh well it is what it is.
