#7407 Silo Saint-Laurent (Canada) Thanks to Uncle Terry for this gem from Montreal’s finest crispy makers! Their first Kölsch (I believe), this gem comes in at 5%, it pours mostly clear with a foamy head and a bready nose, the body is smooth and clean, it’s a touch creamy and grainy, great cereal notes, some light herbal bitterness, super easy drinking with a dry finish.
