These are my 3 faves and I combined them into an EMOM for a Glute workout for when you’re short on time. . And actually this is the workout I did today ✌️. I had no bands this am but I had the bells so I did it without The benefit of the band is that in addition to extra resistance it guides your hips in the appropriate hip hinge motion so your form is 👌👌. . This workout is pretty straight forward . Every minute on the minute perform ... . 6 kB deadlifts 8 kB swings 6 kB kneeling squats Rest for the remainder of the minute and then start again on the 60 sec mark Don’t forget to focus on the Glute squeeze at the top of each move - don’t just go through the motions Repeat for 15 rounds .
