Howdy, welcome to the official blog for 8-12! 8-12 has.. a lot of lore its hard to explain, tldr; wacky characters locked in a store (8-12) that they have to work at.

Robert originally worked at 7-11, as he was taken off the street. 7-11 didnt let anyone have contact to the outside world, devin used to be the boss of the 7-11 before being taken by 8-12. 7-11 sold alcohol to kids, as it was run by horrific people. Devin was forced to be horrible to the employees by the higher-ups. 7-11 was a store in the building where 8-12 now is, and it sold exclusively beer. This store would not care about selling to children, as it was owned by bad people and was meant to be used for this purpose. One day, when working at 7-11, Robert greeted a new customer who was actually 8-12's boss, and he urged Robert to rip out the 7-11 chip, even giving medical kits to help Robert not be injured much by doing so. Robert eventually was urged to run to a nearby train-station, but when he entered the Boss knocked robert out and brought robert back to the same building, where the boss had bought it out, moved their own company, 8-12 in instead, and gave Robert a brand new chip. Robert also finds 2 co-workers there when he awakens as well as his boss, those being Devin and George. Devin and George both also want to escape, but have different ways of going about it. Devin goes about this by trying to be simply too much trouble for what it's worth, causing chaos and property damage quite often. On the other hand, George goes about this by trying to be the best worker, hoping the boss may let them leave if they work hard enough. The boss himself will not do that, as he already feels that he gives the employees benefiets, since 7-11 had stricter rules than 8-12. The boss gets very angry when any of his workers have a problem with anything he did for them, as he believes he's a good boss and good person for the conditions he has in 8-12, despite them being still terrible.

MISC

Robert is a worker at 8-12, who used to work at 7-11. Robert's family believes he died because at 7-11, he had no access to the outside world, so he was completely gone for 3 years. His wife and kids are unnamed as of this moment. George has a single mother, yet he pretends his father is there to others. He was always described as weird growing up, and has always taken comfort in art and 2000s internet culture. His mother is very supportive of him, but has no idea where he went. Devin is an avid gun / weapon collector, who named his main gun ( an ar-15) Samantha, he enjoys being snarky to others, especially when its at Robert's expense. His family had completely given up on him ever coming back, so they dont even try.

Due to George never having a father figure growing up; he looks up to devin as his father!
