the other day i was using this picrew and accidentally made a character that looked like a todoroki so i ended up just making her one lmao
kiyo todoroki is the middle child of the family who moved out pretty much as soon as she was able to support herself and has kept only erratic contact mostly with fuyumi and rei
with a useless quirk (by endeavors definition) of boiling and freezing water at will, she currently is employed as a journalist for a known news site and uses it to keep a vague tab on her father - mostly to avoid him
