In 2k12 whenever LH came back it always felt like a soldier reuniting with his bride after being at war. I thought their relationship was so damn sweet that I can’t help but ship it.

This my half of an art trade with @80gmrp. They requested the 2003 Leatherhead working on a tech project. It felt really good to work outside of my element for a change.

I may just be in a Raph mood in general lately where shipping is involved, because lately I’ve been thinking a lot about RDR, LRL, and whatever the hell one would call Raph/Slash’s relationship. I’d say ‘in that order’ but it fluctuates between the three.

But what ships I think of most tend to vary depending on a lot of factors. I think some of these come from stuff I’d like to draw, but haven’t been able to, so I’m thinking about them a lot. This’ll likely change when I actually get to mess with these ships a bit.

That’d be tcest, really. I think honestly the show itself got me to consider it with the dynamics the characters had, and stumbling upon some very touching/emotional fanart sort of cemented it. GRANTED, the first thing the friend who introduced me to 2k12 had me do after watching a few episodes was guess what her OTP was, and it was tcest ship. It didn’t wig me out, but at the time I didn’t really think much about it.

A couple years later and here I am drawing next to nothing but fucking tcest and not hating it at all.

(Ship rating meme) LH/Splinter

I almost put N/A because I honestly don’t have that strong an opinion on it. I can only really talk from a 2k12 perspective so I’m not the best person to ask about the ship, but even from there I could see potential in it. Splinter was amazing at subduing LH during one of his fits, and LH has come to the family’s rescue plenty of times. Hell, he went to Splinter’s rescue before, so he obviously respects the man plenty.

But beyond seeing potential in it, I can’t say I have a super strong opinion on it I’m afraid.

I haven’t see any other movies from Michael Bay than turtle movies (what I know) and they aren’t BAD movies (I’m sure there’s much more worse movies out there). Not in my eyes at least. In first movie we could had use more turtles instead of more April and humans overall but it was good movie nonetheless. Second movie was so super good! So much turtles, Rocksteady and Bebop! Kraang (but I wish he would had have old granny voice like he had in old Finnish dubbed cartoon in 1987 series :’D) etc. I love them both a lot since they both had so much good things in them but I still love 2016 movie better (because of so much turtle screen time <3)
