It is the morning of September 20th, 2020. Today, I am officially three months into weightloss and fitness. I feel like this month I dropped the ball a bit, but in the end it’s ok as long as I keep moving forward. I started school this month again as well, so that makes everything much more difficult.
As far as fitness goes, I can now do a full push up and can run a mile in under 12 minutes, which is pretty cool!
