Day 7 dinner - build up bagel. This might not be as photogenic but was absolutely delicious! One of my favourite meals so far ☺

Day 7 dinner - build up bagel. This might not be as photogenic but was absolutely delicious! One of my favourite meals so far ☺
Day 8's dinner - this was supposed to be stuffed chicken wrapped in aubergine, but the supermarket was out of large chicken breasts so these were cut and quite small so not much stuffing happened (nor wrapping because I thought the aubergine would snap raw??) oh well hahaha tastes the same ☺👌🏼
Day 6 breakfast - lime, avocado and raspberry smoothie. As delicious and beautiful as this looks it did not taste it 😞 It tasted too sour/ bitter and I'm not sure if that was because I messed it up with too much lime (although I added exactly how much I was supposed to) or whether it's actually supposed to taste like that.
I ended up throwing 2/3 of it away and just ate the leftover raspberries and avo by themselves instead, woops. Not sure if I should write this recipe off, or try it again with less lime.
Day 9 lunch - Fish cakes and avo. These fish cakes were sooo delicious 😍
90 day plan update
So I've fallen off the wagon with the 90 days SSS plan (since last Thursday 06/04). Some friends were going to Spoons and I didn't want to be antisocial and say "sorry I can't come for a drink because I'm on a diet." It started out okay as I got a low calorie drink (vodka lime soda) but then some people decided to get food and I was tempted too, especially because it was already quite late and I'd still have to go and cook my dinner when I got in. So I ended up getting a hot dog and chips (which was rather disappointing so I wish I'd picked something more delicious for my cheat meal hahaha). I was ready to get back on track the next day however karma (or being in a hospital everyday) gave me a terrible cold. And so I really couldn't manage HIIT and didn't feel up to cooking any lengthy meals - I told myself I'd get back on track once the cold went away, but that took a while and then I was going away for Easter. So long story short I'm not back on track yet - and can't really be for another week as I'm staying with other people during my week off.
Day 9 dinner (pretty much the same as last night's but slightly different presentation haha) and some leftover lemon to use on my greens
