90/7 Happy Easter
Boiled egg, ham and sweets. The holy trinity of the Easter.
To ease my guilty I had a good spinning session and I had a purrfect companion.
Spinning with kitty (Momo the cat).

No workout today, but I walked a lot. We went to the shops for the last ingredients of the Easter feast. I bought some nice plants and finished the work in the garden before the arrival of the forecasted rain. We also baked with mom a Fanta cake and cottage cheese strudels. Easter is not about the diet but I try to be under the daily calorie limit.

So often people doubt. They say you won’t make it, you’re not good enough, you don’t work hard enough, you lack discipline and drive... You’re ugly or fat or lazy or not smart enough. They hate, they smite, and run their mouths. I just wanna say if you go through that, I’ve been there too and way worse. Get up the final time, shake it off, screw them, and build yourself better. I added faith (my lowest point was when I turned, but God is pure love even with a thorn in my side), then my millionaire mentor says health, wealth, happiness, love.
