When you end up at the football (soccer for the Americans out there!) with your dad because he has a spare ticket and your team (Crystal Palace in case you’re wondering!) have been terrible at home all season (2 wins in 10 home games so far) and you end up in seat 118 so you tell him it’s a good omen and means we’re going to win and he rolls his eyes at you because he knows exactly why you said it.

And then your team win 4-1 and the 4th goal is scored by a player called Eddie!!

i saw firefighters in their full gear and suspenders on a groceries run while at the grocery store today and i was disappointed that i didn’t witness divorced dads fighting in the cat stuff alley smh
