Welcome to 2026 9-1-1 Verse Podfic Fest!

This is an event to celebrate and promote podfics and audio works in the 9-1-1, 9-1-1: Lone Star, and 9-1-1: Nashville fandoms. All ships/genres/ratings are welcome!

The minimum length is 2,500 words (around 20 minutes) and there is no maximum, so don’t hesitate if you feel like you have the time/energy for a longer fic or several fics! Authors can give blanket permission or list up to five fics!

summary

A podfic of the ongoing AU story of Buck and Eddie and their family Dragons included. Set within the universe of the Anne McCaffery’s Dragonriders of Pern universe. Part Two of To Fly the Skies. The story carries on from where we left Eddie and Buck with a look at the impact their past has on their future, cannon consistent drama and disasters on the way.

The power cuts I've been dealing with for the past week (totaling 3 days without power!!) have made me super late posting this, because I couldnt finish the editing - but whats 2 days between friends!!

I had a great time recording this and getting to give voice to Cal once again so I hope you all enjoy listening to nearly 11 hours of me reading this wonderful fic!

The tank-top and shorts reveal arms and legs completely covered in tattoos. “You coming in?” She blinks, realizes he’s talking to her. “Um, what?” He laughs, a little huff of air that jerks his shoulders. “I’ve watched you hover outside the door all day. You coming in any time soon?” Heat flushes across her face. Her gaze skids away. “You’re closed now, surely.” “Well, I own the place, so.
