somnifactor

somnifactor n. one who induces sleep in others

An asteism, but a dangerous one to use as people might realise that the prefix somni- is something to do with sleep. Just in case you’re questioned on it, it’s wise to have a support definition that is vaguely truthful.

To your Chief Executive (who is usually a serial killer or simply ghastly):
