2) There’s this panel okay and he’s looking at Talia and Bruce and asking like a little angel, “Can’t we all just be together?” And it kills me it fuckign k ills

3) There’s this time where he’s playing chess with Alfred and bragging about how he got taught by the best chess masters in the world, and then Alfred just casually,

“Um… checkmate.” And he gets SUPER UPSET AND KNOCKS THE PIECE OFF THE BOARD

“Where’d you learn that, butler academy?!?!??” And then proceeds to sulk very obnoxiously it’s ridiculous.

4) That moment when he literally leaps and bounds into Dick Grayson’s arms because he’s so happy to see him.

5) When Maya is telling him how important Robin is to people and how the R stands for Redemption and he looks up with fucking tears in his eyes i will c ry forever jfc

I love whenever he interacts with the fam. I love his moments with Bruce, especially when he presents him with his mother’s pearl and Bruce is reassured that he is compassionate and empathetic and just- cares so much.

I love the moment in new52 where he’s beating someone to death and then he stops and holds his hand with such a guilt-ridden expression because it doesn’t feel right to him anymore.

I love when he makes a whole ploy to send his father off to Europe and then plays Batman for a couple days and stands at the window in Wayne Manor with a wine glass full of what looks like chocolate milk or anything equally ridiculous.

Listen. I love Damian Wayne so much. There’s no top five moments, it’s just his entire existence.

Just. Lay me in my grave. I love Damian Wayne.

“Have you at least heard of Jane Austen?” Jason begs, looking at Terry with something close to pain in his expression. Of everything that he’s listed off, Terry has had no clue what he’s been talking about. Jason has to wonder if it’s because of the digital age, or because this boy is somehow allergic to books.

“Nope. Nada. If it was paper, you can bet I haven’t read it,” Terry says, and Jason groans, hanging his head.

“What has this world come to,” he bemoans, “when kids aren’t even reading the good stuff anymore?” Terry has to roll his eyes with the theatrics, popping a fry into his mouth before replying.

“Dude, c’mon. We’ve got a new classic now, and it’s filled with space travel and laser swords and adventure. Get with the times,” Terry says. Jason lifts his head long enough to fix him with a highly skeptical look.

“You mean like Star Wars?” he asks.

“Like what?”

“Ugh. Never mind,” Jason huffs, moodily munching on a fry of his own. He gestures to Terry with it pinched between his fingers. “Tomorrow, you’re comin’ over to my place and we’re getting you educated with some real literature. Get ready for a lot of paper, McGinnis.”

“Aw, really? You serious?” Terry protests. Jason nods sagely, a pleased smile on his face.

“Indubitably,” he replies, finishing off his fry and sucking the salt from his fingers.

Now it’s Terry’s turn to groan and hang his head. More homework. That’s exactly what he wanted.
