I recently saw a combo using Sensei's Divining Top and an untap method to stack Top triggers, which apparently lets you draw your whole deck. Shouldn't the top triggers all disappear once you resolve the first one, since Top disappears to the top of your library?

This combo works as you describe.

Activated and triggered abilities exist on the stack independent of their sources. They’ll resolve as normal even if their source is no longer on the battlefield. If this wasn’t the case, then cards like Evolving Wilds wouldn’t work since sacrificing the source of the ability is part of its cost.

In the case of the Sensei’s Divining Top activations, each ability will resolve and do as much as it. If Top isn’t on the battlefield, then the second part of the ability can’t happen and nothing beyond a card being drawn will occur.

Bounty of Luxa question. Say I have a flood counter on it, and when the ability triggers someone counters it, do I then put a counter on and draw a card, or is the entire text countered?

If something counters the triggered ability of Bounty of the Luxa, then the entire ability is countered and nothing happens. You don’t get a card, you don’t get mana. Nothing.

My college is doing a "Teaching Magic" event today and I volunteered to be a teacher. Out of curiosity, how would you teach someone magic? My plan is to begin with explanation of colors and their values, then the spell types, and finally turn phases and card interactions, then just let them play and answer any questions.

That's pretty much how I would start. I did a video series on how to play Magic a while back. I first told them why someone would want to play Magic (social experience, tournament prizes, spirit of competition, creativeness and expression). And then I branched into the Color Pie philosophies, explaining the role of the player (Planeswalker fighting other Planeswalkers for their own reasons), and how each Color tackled different problems. You sound like you have a good grasp on how to explain it already! Not much I can add there. =D
