We are here Saturday at the shelter and he has me in tears and has broken my heart. He appears to not to able to see and possibly not hear, he’s been neglected by the condition of his coat. Is there a rescue who came come save this precious boy today? The shelter will let him leave today as foster to rescue. He should not be here. He’s confused, he’s bumping into the kennel as he can’t see.
