She’s been waiting… for 3 long months she’s been waiting. Numerous pleas have been sent, but no one yet has answered her cry for help. She’s a friendly girl, she’s passed a large and small dog temp test, but because of her past below, she’s earned a label of rescue only. Nova is living in borrowed time being the shelter’s longest resident. She desperately needs the rescue community to rally around her to spare her life. FAR PAST DEADLINE OF 9/10/21 - PLEASE SAVE HER LIFE! 🛑 RESCUE ONLY 🛑 Needs a foster and rescue - she must be kept indoors and only outside when supervised. Nova can jump and climb. I have been at the shelter since Aug 17, 2021 Shelter plea: Nova is a neighborhood dog that her family couldn’t keep confined. There were kids in Nova’s neighborhood who like to ride bikes… Nova couldn’t help herself & chased a teenager on a bike one time too many. The teenager is good, nothing a band-aid couldn’t help but none the less, Nova became too much of a liability for her family & everyone denied owning her… “she’s just some stray”…”She’s not mine”… “I don’t know who she belongs to”… Due to Nova’s history, she is deemed “Rescue Only”. She completed her quarantine & is now ready to go. We cannot continue to hold onto a pet that is not available for public adoption & owners refuse to claim. Nova is a sweet girl with people.
