So I was thinking about that Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals AU of yours... And then I thought about Frederick's backstory and realized he might actually WANT to be part of a musical hivemind. In the hive, people actually like his music. He's a part of something. He doesn't have to worry about the noise in his head because it's full of music and singing and choreography...

Or at least that would be his reasoning in an AU where the musical zombie virus happened in the Otleus Manor and Frederick was patient zero.
