What happened to the Yadmidas family after the triple overblot?

This will be a lot of lore, so this will be a LONG post.
I'll start with what caused the triple overblot and what happened next:

Everything happened at Nijah's coming-of-age ceremony (he turns 17, the age at which his father was chosen as heir), an event I'll call "Golden Nights" for now (as a reference to the song "arabian Nights"), where Lord Yadmidas will name Nijah as his heir/successor as head of the family.
At the event, Lord Yadmidas will invite several members of the Scalding Sands high society and some other members of external royalty (perhaps those from Sunset Savanah) to the ceremony. In addition to a celebration, it will also be a gathering of powerful people so Nijah can make connections as quickly as possible.
This event is extremely stressful for the three Yadmidas children, as in addition to the preparations, they also have to deal with their father's bosses. He's desperate to make a good impression upon learning that his own father (the children's grandfather) is coming, so his already demanding attitude rises to stratospheric levels.
Tamaae assigns the worst tasks to Azusa (cleaning, tidying up, making sure the bird cages are locked, etc.), as he doesn't want her interacting with the guests because "she would embarrass him just by being there."
he orders Aleayiq to go to her fiancé (yes, she has a fiancé, but they don't love each other and it's mostly a lavender marriage) and to put on their "future happy marriage" facade. Even though Aleayiq wanted to help with the preparations for the ceremony, Tamaae completely ignores her and simply orders her to "do her job as a wife" and "stay out of the business of truly important people," which leaves Aleayiq even more irritated and distressed.
Nijah is extremely anxious. The whole idea of the ceremony makes him nervous and paranoid, since he knows that after the ceremony, his father's demands will no longer be the only ones he'll receive, but also those of the ENTIRE family. However, Nijah is very scared of what might happen if he decides not to perform the ceremony since it is something so important to his father, so, afraid of the consequences, he decides to play along.
At the ceremony, Lord Yadmidas presents Nijah as his heir. However, he doesn't say much about Aleayiq other than calling her "the bridge that will unite two of the most powerful and influential families in Scalding Sands." He doesn't even bother to mention Azusa, who is hiding at the exit to watch the ceremony with Jamil (who didn't want to leave Azusa alone after having all the context of her relationship with his father).
However, one of the bird cages was not properly closed, and it ended up flying into the hall. A frightened Azusa tried unsuccessfully to catch the bird and was eventually seen by Tamaae, who reprimanded her by using the seal to suffocate her. (Tamaae's seal on Azusa causes the person with the seal to feel suffocated when he uses his unique magic, as if they were drowning in sand.)
This causes a great commotion, Azusa's mother goes to help her daughter and Aleayiq takes the opportunity to slap her father's hand with which he was suffocating Azusa, freeing her from the suffocation.
Aleayiq (to prevent her father from continuing to attack Azusa, who is already showing signs of overblot) calls her father an old idiot, who is surely choosing Nijah as his heir just because he is just as stupid and vain as he is, that she is superior to Nijah in every way and that she should be the one being performed the ceremony, but no, it's always all about Nijah.
This sparks an argument between Nijah and Aleayiq, as Nijah feels that Aleayiq isn't seeing the whole picture and is only resentful of him for being the heir, that she envies him for no reason, and that she is doing all this for herself.
Nijah and Aleayiq begin to suffer overblot as they fight, and so does Azusa, as she watches them while still processing the humiliation her father put her through.
Now, moving on to your question! After the whole debacle of the three overblots, the children's grandfather (whom they hadn't recognized at first since they hadn't seen him in years) reprimands Tamaae for his leadership style. Because of him, his family almost died because he doesn't accept things as they are and always wants everything his way. That's why, as the former patriarch of the family, he revokes tamaae's position as head of the family. A former patriarch of the Yadmidas can overthrow a current one if he feels the leadership isn't appropriate.
(Grandfather Yadmidas is a man of delicate health, so he rarely leaves his chambers, so he wasn't fully aware of how Tamaae led the family.)
Seeing that Nijah was still too young to ascend to the position of head of the family, the position was temporarily left to Tamaae's wives, as even the most traditional man could see that they were the true power of the family and would be better off in their hands than in Tamaae's.
The sibilings open up, realizing that their father had set them against each other when what they needed was to stay together in order to improve. The three reconcile, acknowledge their mistakes, and decide to work on their sibling relationship in order to be better in the future

Iniciare desde lo que causó el overblot triple y lo que paso después:
Todo paso en la ceremonia de mayoría de edad de nijah(cumple 17 años, edad en la que su padre fue elegido como heredero), un evento al que por ahora llamare noches de oro(como referencia a la canción noches de arabia), donde el señor yadmidas nombrará a nijah como su heredero/sucesor como cabeza de la familia.
En el evento el señor yadmidas invitaría a varios miembros de la alta sociedad de the scalding sands y algunos otros miembros de la realeza externa(quizás los de sunset savanah) para la ceremonia, siendo además de una celebración también una reunión de gente poderosa para que nijah haga conexiones lo más pronto posible.
Este evento es extremadamente estresante para los 3 hijos yadmidas, ya que aparte de la preparación también tienen que lidiar con los mandos de su padre, que está desesperado por causar una buena impresión al saber que su propio padre(ósea el abuelo de los niños) iba a venir, por lo que su ya demandante actitud se elevo a niveles estratosfericos.
Tamaae le asigna las peores tareas a azusa(la limpieza, los arreglos, el asegurarse que las jaulas de las aves esten cerradas,etc),ya que el no quiere que interactue con los invitados porque "ella lo avergonzaria con solo estar ahi".
A Aleayiq le manda a ir con su prometido(si, ella tiene un prometido, pero ellos no se aman y es más que nada un matrimonio lavanda) y que muestren su fachada de "futuro matrimonio feliz", aunque Aleayiq quería ayudar con la preparación de la ceremonia tamaae la ignora de forma olímpica y simplemente le manda a "hacer su trabajo como esposa" y que "no se meta en asuntos de gente verdaderamente importante", lo que deja a Aleayiq aún más irritada y angustiada.
Nijah esta sumamente ansioso, toda la idea de la ceremonia lo pone nervioso y paranoico, ya que sabe que después de la ceremonia las demandas de su padre ya no serán las únicas que recibirá sino también de TODA la familia, pero nijah esta muy asustado de lo que podría pasar si decide no hacer la ceremonia al ser algo tan importante para su padre, así que por miedo a las consecuencias decide seguirle el juego.
En la ceremonia el señor yadmidas presenta a sus nijah como su heredero, sin embargo no dice mucho de aleayiq aparte de llamarla "el puente que unirá a dos de las familias más poderosas e influyentes de scalding sands" y ni siquiera se molesta en mencionar a azusa que se oculta en la salida para ver la ceremonia junto a jamil(que no quería dejar a azusa sola tras tener todo el contexto de su relación con su padre).
Sin embargo una de las jaulas de las aves estaba mal cerrada y terminó volando hacia el salón, azusa asustada trato de atrapar al ave sin éxito y termino siendo vista por Tamaae, que la reprende usando su sello para causarle asfixia(el sello de tamaae en azusa hace que cuando use su magia única la persona con el sello sienta asfixia como si se estuviera ahogando en arena).
Esto provoca una gran conmoción, la madre de azusa va a socorrer a su hija y aleayiq aprovecha para abofetear la mano de su padre con la que estaba asfixiando a azusa, liberandola de la asfixia.
Aleayiq(para evitar que su padre siga atacando a azusa que ya está mostrando signos de overblot)llama a su padre un viejo idiota, que de seguro está eligiendo a nijah como su heredero solo porque es igual de estúpido y vanidoso que el, que ella es superior a nijah en todo aspecto y que debería ser ella a quien le estuvieran haciendo la ceremonia, pero no, todo es siempre sobre nijah.
Esto provoca una discusión entre nijah y aleayiq, ya que nijah siente que aleayiq no está viendo todo el diagrama y que solo esa resentida con el por ser heredero, que lo envidia sin razón y que esta haciendo todo esto por ella misma.
Nijah y aleayiq empiezan a sufrir overblot mientras pelean y azusa también mientras los ve mientras todavía procesa la humillación que le hizo pasar su padre.
Pasando ya a tu pregunta! Después de todo el desastre de los 3 overblots el abuelo de los niños(a quien no habían reconocido en un inicio ya que no lo veían desde hacía años) reprende a tamaae por su forma de liderazgo, que por su culpa su familia casi muere porque el no acepta las cosas como son y siempre quiere que todo vaya a su manera, y por eso como antiguo patriarca de la familia le revoca su posición como cabeza de la familia, ya que un antiguo patriarca de los yadmidas puede quitarle el puesto a uno actual si siente que su liderazgo no es apropiado.
(El abuelo yadmidas es un hombre de salud delicada así que no sale casi nunca de sus aposentos por lo que el no era del todo consciente de como tamaae lideraba la familia)
Al ver que nijah sigue siendo demasiado joven para ascender ya al puesto de cabeza de la familia el puesto queda de forma temporal en las esposas de tamaae y madres de los niños, ya que incluso el hombre más tradicional puede ver que ellas eran el verdadero poder de la familia y que estarían mejor en sus manos que en las de tamaae.
Los hermanos se sinceran, dándose cuenta que su padre les había puesto uno contra el otro cuando lo que necesitaban era mantenerse unidos para poder mejorar, los 3 se reconcilian, reconocen sus errores y deciden trabajar su relación de hermanos para poder ser mejores en el futuro.
