This is an article about living with mental health. I hope many of you will pass it on to others that you know or care about who could find interest. The article is about Abbie, my daughter who makes me very proud as she made her life journey into a wonderful ambassador to the world of mental health. Two years before Abbie’s mother took her life I was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome and ADHD. Abbie was 14 years old when her mother died. How awful it must’ve been for her and my two sons a little order wondering whether the father was mentally well enough to look after them. Actually back then I wasn’t. if you are wondering why I exercise myself in the way I do I look like an exhibitionist it is because if anyone ask questions I will tell them I do I do I do to bring to the attention value exercise brings to mental health. For me equals the tremendous burden of the memory of what my wife did to me and particularly the terrible damage it did to my children.
