- I love him

- his autism is the focus of some of Community's BEST episodes such as Introduction to Film (s1e3) and Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas (s2e11) which are my favourite episodes in the whole show

Reasons Abed should win the autism swag summit:

He is canonically autistic

He is also some rare representation for a couple of other marginalised groups, being a mixed race Polish Arab and having clear mental health issues with psychotic breaks

His special interest is film and TV, which should surely be relatable to people invested in fictional character polls on tumblr

He displays the rarely portrayed trait of trouble reading analogue clocks. It's a small moment showing this, but it meant so much to me as someone who struggles with this

His safe food is the classic buttered noodles

He is shown struggling to empathise, but usually tries his best to connect with people regardless. He is neither an innocent angel nor an asshole, he's just a flawed person who keeps trying

He's very creative and clever, playing out his favourite fictional scenes, breaking the fourth wall with meta references, and having intense daydreams that add so much to the show

I love him and it would make me very happy
