Green Lantern’s Earth Villains needs some appreciation!
Green Lantern Legends: Tattooed Man
Abel Tarrant first appeared in 1962 as a man with special chemical tattoos that allow him to bring them to life as constructs. Multiple people have used the name over the years.
In an adaptation, Abel is the perfect person to use for an establishing battle or as the henchman of a bigger villain. Perhaps as a test subject for some of Hector Hammond’s experiments. As for casting, I’d just look for someone who plays a good henchman in various movies.
