Abenkwan is the local name for palmnut soup, a delicacy enjoyed by the people of Ghana, West Africa, my motherland! I served my abenkwan with Fufu, and can be served with rice balls as well! Please enjoy this traditionally prepared rendition of abenkwan/ palmnut Soup!!
