My character is Paulina, a tiefling sorcerer of the Aberrant Mind.

She’s sharp-tongued, quick-witted, and never afraid to speak her mind—but beneath that confidence lies a past she can’t outrun.

She fled her homeland after becoming part of forbidden psionic experiments, only to return years later to a place that no longer feels like home. The problem? She can’t trust her own mind.

Her memories don’t line up. Her thoughts don’t always feel like her own. And now, standing in the ruins of her past, Paulina is left asking a question she may never answer:

I was successfully a Fucked Up Creature in today's Lovecraftian D&D oneshot! :D

It's level 5 and I'm playing Ori the Faceless, a former human who went Too Deep TM into eldritch research and ended up losing their face. So now they're a changeling aberrant sorcerer with a tentacle mask, and they were sent to investigate a fishing village that worships an eldritch sea god.

Stuff happened, the situation escalated, and I ended up trying to chain a quickened mind sliver + crown of madness at a human-turned-fish-monstrosity, which backfired somehow as I was yeeted straight into a dream sequence in which their patron was dragging me underwater. Staring at me with a thousand eyes.

So I did what a changeling must do and asserted dominance by staring back with a thousand more eyes.

And Misty Stepping directly upward to escape, but not before the patron told me it wanted me as its priest.

So I may or may not be multiclassing into Fathomless warlock.

Bonus: at one point the DM was discussing weird things in D&D and was gesturing at players-- "We have a dragonborn, a fairy, a..." gestures at me "a whatever the fuck that is..."

Latest commission for a client of their D&D character. Had great fun with this one, though it took some time to get right. Hope you guys enjoy him! 

The build was partially inspired by laudna in campaign 3 of critical role, I'm told, so i hope i got the spook-factor in there. Looming behind him, whispering is not quite his patron (yet) but the aberration he summons to aid him.
