     the metal suit of armor weight was little in comparison to what     had weighed on his mind. industry, work, a purpose–it kept      one sane during times like these, when it would seem that all     but one were lost.

     it would be worth all the trouble, all the pain, he had suffered.     it all had a purpose, to serve his goal. not just for himself     but for the one who’d followed such a similar path as his.     they were never going to succeed along side one another,     and it was naive to ever believe so, not while they both     equally fought as hard to keep the armor he had on now.     who has time to rest when there was so much to be done? 

     this would be a new beginning. 

     although it didn’t suit him, masked as he was no one would      recognize him. the immortal armor would keep him as he     was, save him from the inevitable and live the way he’d      always lived before team aqua. 

     he was a survivor; dedicated and determined to find a way     to succeed and do far more than survive. 

     all he had to do was to make that wish.

abinterim has been hired as Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzaria’s new night guard!

     Ah, the new night guard was scheduled in for tonight. Perfect really. Sitting up in the building behind locked doors, the head security guard grinned, wiping down his hands of a familiar red stain. He was rusty, but he’d managed it for one last time before he messed around for a week. Then the new guards shift would be up and the place would likely be shut down. 

     All because of him. 

     A quick check to the camera’s he’d hooked into told him the guard was in the building and moving to his office as directed. Amusing. Tonight would be hell for the unsuspecting fellow. Athanasius kicked his feet up on the desk, tossing his tablet onto it, giving a slight “Tch.” as it nearly slid off said desk. 

     He glanced around the room. Familiar, and hidden. Even though the company advocated that these secret rooms were to be boarded up and removed, he’d opened this one. Made a good hiding place where the creepy as shit animatronics couldn’t find him. He waited a few more minutes, and when twelve AM hit, he moved for the phone he had in the room, taking his feet off the desk and dialing the number for the phone in the new guards office. 

     Upon hearing the phone being picked up, he speaks, making his tone sound slightly unsure and nervous; have to put on a persona here, can’t let the new guy know Athan is running this freak show.

     “Hello, hello? Uh, I wanted to speak with you to help you get settled in to your first night. Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay?”
