Present Timeline Cass has a series of scars along his back that make him feel actively ill to have touched. He also has a dodgy shoulder that never quite healed right.

Depends on the type of kiss! He loves having his neck kissed but he also loves places that are generally seen as less sexual. Top of head, forehead, cheek, shoulder, knuckles, etc. Those are the ones that will make him blush.
