I see Jefferson as someone who prefers to either eat at home with the comfort of of his family or in one of those like, hole in the wall, cozy type, run by a family restaurants. He’ll go out of his way for those places and make friends with the staff on a first name basis just because that’s how he is. It’ll just, y’know, happen.

Jefferson gets along best with others who have...morally ambiguous standards. Overall his commitment is to his daughter and he puts her above everyone else, but before she was born he was very he did things for himself and didn’t care much if he screwed others over. And even that transfers to Grace. If he can protect her, he doesn’t care what happens to others. Overall, he is going to get along best with someone who isn’t going to lecture him or tell him how to live his life, someone who is maybe in a similar profession (he’s really just a thief with a portal hat), and, honestly, someone who likes to have fun

With the ability to travel to different worlds on a whim, I see Jefferson as someone who values personal freedom and expression. He’s met so many people, from so many cultures and walks of life, and has such an open mind in regards to how people are. For someone he loves, he wants to share their burden, but he also wants to see them flourish to their full potential. It would tear him up if he thought he was holding someone he loved back.

Well, kind of answered here lol Jefferson is pretty much up for trying anything at least once, no matter what it is or what it looks like. He likes to expand his world view when he can and that includes his food palette. I could see like, him traveling to another world where they had some kind of insect based dish and he was like, shit this is tasty! lol

In the EF, Jefferson grew up pretty poor so most meals weren’t that great tasting, just simple food they could afford or that was given to them and they made do. He got in the habit of stealing better food when he could. He had a bit of sweet tooth since those types of foods weren’t readily available to him. I think he’d really love caramel apples.
