Healer Power ...

“You’re spending a good deal of time in full armor these days.” He says and there’s a tone in his voice Kitt isn’t keen on.  “There’s something feminine about healing ...it better suits you.” The man’s voice trails off as he looks at Kitt.  “Where are you going with this,” she asks moderately amused. “ Just don’t think your parents would be so keen you’ve taken up sword and shield. Your mother in particular ....” She frowns, no longer smiling. “My parents were supportive of anything I turned my hand to and they’re not here to offer up opinions. But you ... surely you’ll not judge my skills feminine or masculine?” “Kitt, a man likes a woman he can love and nurture and  most importantly ... protect. It’s what men do.” Her eyebrow arches and her tail twitches sharply, left, twitch, right, twitch - small movements betraying irritation. “And you think a healer is less able to defend themselves ... less ... aggressive, less .... capable of  ... murder .. more in need of protection from some big ... strong ... tank ... or ....” She’s doubly irritated as not only does she heal, she also wields sword and shield, another apparent gender buster. He crosses his arms across his chest looking down at her. “It is known. I myself have mastered both bow and blade. It’s my honor to protect my woman.” “Lucky her,” Kitt says wryly. “This is ridiculous, I hope you know it. Assigning gender to skills and capacity to gender.” “Let’s say simply, given a contest of ability, I’d not bet on a healer independently performing any feats of daring-do. Healer. It’s a support role.” Kitt hisses quietly. “Is that so?” She looks at him eyes narrowed. “Tis true I spend more time these days with sword and shield than I do healing, however, I’m handy enough with my codex to make you a friendly wager....” The man shifts from one foot to the other. The conversation is taking a turn he hadn’t anticipated. Still, he cannot back away from the tone or intention issued by the petite Miqo’te woman. “What’s the wager then?” He asks gruffly. “You. Me. The Deep dungeon in the South Shroud. 50 floors solo. First of us to complete wins.” She smiles tersely when he laughs.  “Ahahahahaha. Done. What do I get when I win?”  “IF you win ... I give up sword and shield for 30 moons. And if I win ....” Kitt smiles a small wicked smile ... “You enroll with E-Sumi-Yan at the Conjurer’s guild for training. 30 levels worth.” Of course he doesn’t entertain the possibility of failure. Of course he is quick to agree. Kitt dons healing gear and summons her fairy, Selene. She’s got a date with PotD.

Last film/show: The Strain. A neat take on vampires even if the big bad has eyes like those ugly new beanie babies

Inspiration: Radical Face (especially his Family Tree albums, I cannot recommend them enough), good ol mother nature

Story behind URL: The line from Cats the musical, "The mystical divinity of unashamed felinity." I want to embody that sentence and take joy and pride in who I am, refusing to be ashamed anymore.

🎶 - What would your character say about your personal taste in music?

Back when Kitt was a child, she had grown up mostly around classical music. She herself was taught to play the cello, which she used to enjoy immensely. 

But now a days, after several years of traveling and visiting other countries, she has a deep appreciation for all the different types of music there are. She especially likes Jazz and Latin >3

😄 - What has ever made your character laugh so hard that they almost passed out?

Sometimes it happens when a friend of hers would say a really funny, or sarcastic, joke …. Or, it can also happen if someone that she really trusts abruptly tickles her. She can be very ticklish … Especially when she’s taken by surprise >3

💋 - Your character was just kissed by someone they can’t stand. Why and how did it happen?

Usually, Kitt would try her damn hardest not to be around anyone she didn’t like or found very annoying. The only possible way that that person would be able to get a kiss out of her would be if they irritate her to the point that she would storm right up to them to curse and berate them. 

Once she was close enough, that person would sneak a quick kiss, which would absolutely catch the felinoid off guard. When the kiss is broken, that person would have to move away fast or end up with a busted nose or jaw >3

♓ - Hey baby, what’s your sign? What would your character’s zodiac sign be and what qualities do they carry to make them fall under that sign?

Kitt was born December 16, so she is a proud Sagittarius. 

According to this sign, she is generous, idealistic, has a good sense of humor (playfulness), and intense curiosity. 

Freedom and travel are very important to her. She is also very well read when it comes to things such as philosophy and science. 

One weakness that she might have, however, is that because of her honesty, Kitt can often be impatient and tactless when she needs to say or do something. Especially if she is angry or upset.

1) WHAT DOES YOUR MUSE SMELL LIKE?

Kitt tends to have many types of floral scented perfumes. In fact, she always carries a tiny crystal bottle on a thin chain around her neck ... and hidden underneath her blouse. It’s highly concentrated and a small dab on her finger is enough to envelope herself in that preferred scent.

She might also have the faint scent of aromatic teas or coffee since she does enjoy hanging out in small cafes and such.

2) HOW OFTEN DOES YOUR MUSE BATHE/SHOWER?

Kitt tries to do either one everyday ... At least when a heist or job does not leave her so exhausted when she gets home that she passes out and forgets to.

When she does shower, she uses special conditioners and shampoos that help her fur stay soft and control her shedding.

3) DOES YOUR MUSE HAVE ANY TATTOOS OR PIERCINGS?

She does not have any tattoos.

Although Kitt does enjoy wearing jewelry, she does not have any piercings. Feline ears are not made for piercings since they are mostly cartilage ... and can be very painful.

4) ANY BODY MOVEMENT QUIRKS (E.G. TAPPING HEEL, SHAKING KNEE)?

One quirk that Kitt has is that whenever she’s nervous or unsure about something, she tends to involuntarily tweak or tug at her own ear or fuss with her hat if she has one on.

Her tail also tends to show off her true feelings about some things, while she tries to hide them. Such as whipping to the side whenever she’s feeling annoyed.

5) WHAT DO THEY SLEEP IN?

She generally sleeps in a long blouse or a t-shirt and shorts. But, on really hot summer days, she will sleep in the nude since her fur would make it too uncomfortable to wear anything.  

6) WHAT’S THEIR FAVOURITE PIECE OF CLOTHING?

Her favorite piece of clothing is actually more of an accessory, really. She loves to wear her chokers ... Especially the ones that have a charm or little bell hanging from them.

Another reason she wears them is that they hide a jagged scar on the side of her neck.

7) WHAT DO THEY DO WHEN THEY WAKE UP?

If she forgot or was too tired to shower the night before, then she’d be doing that first thing. Followed by brushing her teeth, fixing her hair, then making herself a nice small breakfast .... As well as brew herself a nice and hot, fruity tea to help freshen her up.

8) HOW DO THEY SLEEP? POSITION?

Kitt usually sleeps on her side and curled up. Something that she always did, even as a child.

Although she’s never aware of it, she tends to grip the end of her tail like a security blanket whenever she’s in deep sleep >3 

9) WHAT DO THEIR HANDS FEEL LIKE?

Her hands are dainty, since she’s rather petite. 

Normally, she almost always has on a pair of gloves. But, when they are off, they have a feel that is like soft and fine velvet.
