the ending of cp1 leaves me so shook every damn time. like jem and tessa get engaged, charlotte blackmails benedict, will finds out he isn’t cursed and TELLS tessa that he loves her, then we find out that charlotte gets to keep the institute and at the celebratory dinner that night jem and tessa announce their engagement quickly followed by charlotte announcing she’s pregnant which is followed by cecily fucking showing up out of nowhere and through it all poor gideon is just /there/ cassie did not have to snap so hard with that ending but damn she did anyway
